Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not do when using Audio Enhancer Ai. It applies to uploaded audio, enhancement instructions, generated outputs, account activity, and any use of our website, APIs, and related services.

This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Audio Enhancer Ai, you agree to follow this policy.

Permitted Use

Audio Enhancer Ai is intended for lawful AI audio enhancement, voice cleanup, noise reduction, podcast polish, meeting and lecture cleanup, accessibility-friendly speech clarity, and related personal, creative, or business workflows.

You must only use the service in ways that:

• comply with applicable law and regulation;
• respect the rights, safety, consent, and privacy of other people; and
• follow our moderation, safety, and enforcement rules.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Audio Enhancer Ai to create, request, upload, enhance, transform, generate, or distribute any of the following:

• illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating content;
• non-consensual recordings, private conversations, or other audio captured without required permission;
• deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, scams, or misleading synthetic audio;
• sexual content involving minors, young-looking persons, or age-ambiguous characters;
• non-consensual intimate material, sexual harassment, exploitation, or content that targets real people without consent;
• content intended to harass, threaten, defame, dox, stalk, or intimidate any person or group;
• content intended to bypass, probe, or weaken safety systems or moderation controls; or
• malware, instructions for wrongdoing, or activity that violates payment, platform, or legal requirements.

Moderation and Safety Enforcement

We use automated and manual review processes to enforce this policy. We may review uploaded audio, enhancement instructions, generated outputs, and related account activity for safety and compliance purposes.

Automated screening may occur before an enhancement job is created or submitted to an AI provider. A request may be refused even if no enhanced audio has been generated yet.

We may block or remove content, refuse enhancement requests, suspend features, restrict payment access, cancel subscriptions, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or create compliance risk.

Using third-party AI models or APIs does not transfer responsibility away from you or from us. You remain responsible for how you use the service, and we may take action even if a third-party provider allowed the request.

No Circumvention

You may not attempt to evade moderation or safety controls through misspellings, coded language, prompt injection, layered requests, hidden instructions, or any other circumvention technique.

You may not use indirect requests or external coordination to create, enhance, or distribute content that would be prohibited if requested directly through Audio Enhancer Ai.

Reporting and Cooperation

If we contact you about a compliance or safety issue, you must respond truthfully and promptly. We may ask for clarification about your use case, source materials, consent, or account activity.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page.
